Not a Marseille tarot deck. More like a cousin. But these three particularly stunning cards in the Ancient Italian Tarot published by Lo Scarabeo…
Now this I’d like a print of! (via 78 Puertas)
I’m thoroughly enjoying this tarot deep dive by Dustin (Modern Metaphysicae) recommended by William Rader from Artisan Tarot. Missing the Fool though but I’m sure it’ll become available again at some point.
Burtonesque + gilded + mysteriously stunning reinterpretation of the Marseille deck + large cards + flowy artwork. Le tarot noir by Matthieu Hackiere and Justine Ternel is on my wish list.
I’m not exactly crazy about pink but this mini Marseille tarot deck by Jessica Rollar is a welcome twist and looks fun!
Enamored with the Jean Noblet deck by Artisan Tarot. The house of God and the hanged man cards are the most beautiful I’ve ever seen, hands down. And the color palette is the stuff of dreams. The size is perfect for small hands. Standard tarot size is hard to manage for me.
A review about Tarot. The Library of Esoterica and Tarot and Divination Cards: A Visual Archive led me to the exquisite Materia Prima: An Expression of Matter, a deck based on the periodic table, and its companion guidebook. These will be gifts to myself when I graduate from Tarot de Marseille 1o1!
